What is your biggest weakness?
-My biggest weakness is my pursuit for perfection. While this weakness will not hinder my ability to perform well in this position, it is an area I would like to develop. - Although I firmly believe that attention to detail and delivering high quality work is important, I am mindful that sales is a role that takes patience and consistent development to see the best results. -Ultimately, I view my pursuit of perfection as a drive to continuously enhance my performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.
What are your strengths?
-My strengths include the fact that I possess confident communication and interpersonal skills -For example, in my previous internship, I conducted prospecting work in regards to developing a student mentorship program for one of our company's sites. -I also have a rich background in time management due to being a full-time college student while being a member of my school's track and field team. -Finally, I am versed in Microsoft Applications, Canava, and other social media platforms from my previous internship experience.
Describe your work ethic.
-My work ethic is characterized by a strong sense of dedication, proactiveness, and a results-oriented mindset. Although I may not get something right the first time, I will continuously work until I see proper results. - For example, at my previous internship, I was helping a co-worker separate a large amount of documents that were improperly placed. I stayed an extra hour after work helping my coworker make sure every document was properly labeled. -I will always strive for proper completion of a project even if that involves coming in earlier or staying later.

My name is Jacob Herr, and after thoroughly looking through the job application, I believe I have the skills, quality, and experience to excel in this position. -I am a current student athlete on track to double major with a degree in marketing and finance. Over the years, I have gained considerable experiences that will allow for me to succeed in this role. -I am a strong team worker, excellent communicator , and deliver a personable experience with any clients and customers. -Throughout my previous experiences, I am well versed in working either alone or with a group of people. -Many of the projects I have worked on involve a high level of commitment, creativity, quality, and time management. - From social media management, market research, data entry,, content, development, and much more, I am equipped with the proper skillset to help make an impact during my time with your company.

-For myself, the most important aspect of a proper work environment is one where I feel supported and can establish personable relationships with other members of the company. -Finally, I also believe in having a work environment where I feel engaged and have all the tools necessary to do my best work and advance my career.
