how often should a baby be fed? whats the current guidance vs older guidance from medical professionals for this question.
current guidance is to feed the baby whenever you think the baby is hungry however the older message was to make the baby wait 4 hours in between feedings even if they are hungry (this is not good)
when should solid foods be introduced? explain why they are being introduced here? is it as a primary nutrient source
introduce solid foods around 6 months of age. BUT NOTE: when originally introduced its not used as a main source of nourishment. instead, its rlly just to get the baby used to the texture of solid foods expose baby to a wide variety of healthy foods, also offer a variety of textures

low criers cry for 20-30 minutes at the peak while high criers 5-6 hours note that the average crier cries 2-3 hours
breast milk vs formula fed babies in terms of how often they usually should be fed
well breast milk is more easily digestible than formula fed babies. Thus a breast milk fed baby may nurse every 1.5 to 2 hours while formula fed babies may go longer in between feedings (3-4 Hours)
