This type of argument that is based upon facts and statistics. This is based in fact, and it is something which can be proved. This part could be used in anything that is written—specifically, math and science.

Third Person Point of View

This type of point of view is an outside looking in on the information. It uses pronouns such as he, she, it, or they.

First Person Point of View

This type of point of view is from someone who is living the situation or time period in history. It uses pronouns such as I or me.

Primary Source

This type of source is an actual document/recording which was created. This type of source is not a commentary nor is it a paper written about the source. This information is provided by someone who was actually there at the event.

Secondary Source

This type of source is written by someone who was not there or did not experience it themselves. Additionally, it may be a paper written over a novel or a short story.
