How does light travel?
Light energy travels as waves in straight lines away from the source of light
What are some sources of light?
Some sources of light are sun, light bulb, fire and firefly
What happens when light strikes a bumpy surface?
The light waves bounce back in many directions and angles. This causes you to see that object rather than your reflection.
What happens when light strikes a smooth and shiny surface?
The light waves bounce directly back to your eyes at an angle causing you to see the reflection.
What does reflect mean?
