Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA)

Person Months

Prior Approval

Davis -Bacon Act

Requires contractors and subcontractors working on federal government construction projects to pay no less than minimum wage, and to pay wages at least weekly.

Rehabilitation Act of 1973

Requires employers to take affirmative action to employ qualified handicapped individualswithout discrimination based on physical or mental handicaps.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

Requires federal agencies to disclose any information requested unless it falls under one of 9 exemptions that protect interests such as personal privacy, national security, and law enforcement.

Constitution Day (2004) Public Law 108-477
