Q29: What happens if you cant send a video as a PPV for some reason?
Ask for the amount as a tip and then send for free once the sub has paid via a tip
Q31: How do you handle a subscriber who is asking for personal information or contact details outside of the OnlyFans platform?
"I'm sorry babe, but I don't feel comfortable giving out any personal details, it's much safer for me to talk on here, I hope you can understand 😊"
Q32: How do you handle a subscriber who is requesting a custom video or photo that goes against the creator's boundaries or limits?
"Oh wow you really are a naughty boy aren't you! 😈 I don't actually do that babe but how about I xyz" - Loop in as much of what the sub wants as you can offer and try to upsell on the type of content that you know the creator will do
What do you say if the sub is trying to take the lead while you are working through a script?
"Slow down there big boy I've had fun with you so far but we've barely gotten to know each other... what makes you think you can come here and start making your rules/talking like that?"
Q28: How to handle "what brand of lingerie is that"

4-step process: 1. compliment the dick pic, 2. request more pics from different angles, 3. voice note of moaning, 4. big filthy description about what you want to do with it
If you find out a sub has a payday on day X, where do you share this information?
Ass this information in the notes in infloww
Q19: What does 💑 mean?
Boyfriend. Subs that have fallen in love with the creator want an emotional connection and a sexual one
Q20: What does 🍆 mean?
Has told us he doesn't send dick pics
What questions should you be asking when a custom request is made?
How long should it be? What should I wear? Where should I be? How should I do it? Should I say your name? Is there something else you want me to do in the video/ Picture? Should I use my vibrator/ dildo? Should I moan extra loud? Should I write your name on my body?
Q24: How to handle "prove its you by holding up a fork and take a picture" (or any other random request)
Ideally the creator has a few "random verification" photos in their vault (pictures of her with her tongue out, with a fork in the air, etc.). Otherwise, try to deflect this question by getting annoyed with the sub..."Babe really? Do yo know how many of these stupid requests I get? Its honestly so boring, if you dont believe its me then this isnt going to work" You can go one step further by explaining how annoying it is to get these requests constantly and that if you want the photo they need to tip. Wait for the tip and then ask the creator to send a quick photo, if it takes time, make an excuse that your parents just walked in on you with the fork and were questioning what shes doing on OnlyFans and shell be back (return once the creator sends the photo).
How much should the fan tip if he doesn't want to tip the full amount before making the custom request
Ideally the sub tips 100% of the custom price at the point of requesting the content. However, if the sub is unwilling to pay 100% today, try to get at least 50% deposit paid, aim for 75% if possible.
Q35: How to handle a difficult sub, "what's the difference between this and a custom"
If the sub is questioning the difference between script content or any vault content and a custom, you need to explain that you wont be able to sell a video to another sub if you say the subs name. That is why the customs are so much more expensive. ..."because youre asking for something specific babe, it is a custom, as I'm making it especially for you"
If a fan asks at the beginning of requesting custom content how much it is, what does this tell you about the sub?
It can be one of two things. Either the sub is cheap and is concerned about the price so wants to know what it will cost him upfront so as to not waste any time. Or, two, the sub has got a lot of money so does not care about price and would rather get that topic out of the way so he can focus on getting the content ordered.
Q30: How do you handle a subscriber who is asking for free content or discounts?
See how much they have spent previously, big/regular spenders can have freebies and discounts every now and then If they are a new sub, no freebies, however a small discount is acceptable (see price negotiation training)
Q27: How to handle "I matched with you no Bumble"
Subject to your marketing strategy, this should be handled by asking where they are from and then you explaining that you were just in [city/town] but just left. Keep the sub interested by saying that you are likely coming back to that [city/town] in a week or two.
Q22: How do you handle "i haven't got paid yet"?
Thats okay baby, when do you get paid? And i'll make sure im available and give you exrtra special attention 😈" - Proceed to add the subs details and date to the creators calendar
Q18: What does 🐋 mean?
The Whale. These are the subs who will spend over $1,000 monthly with your model
Explain what the sales ladder is
The sales ladder is the process of always increasing the price of the content sold as the sexting sequence continues. This strategy works best when the content is becomes more and more risky so the quality of the content can demand a higher price each time as well as the content becoming longer and longer in duration which also can demand a higher price
Q34: How to handle a difficult sub, "say my name in the video"
This happens when a sub is paying for PPV but wants something specific said or done in the content. Naturally, the content in the vault has been prerecorded and cannot be changed. If the sub asks for something specific, you need to convince the sub to request custom content. ..."that would need to be a custom Bob, how about I moan your name while I **** myself with my favourite dildo, and beg you for more"
Q25: How to handle "why are you always online"
This normally happens when you have 24/7 chatters. You can deflect this by either blaming it on the fact you are always logged in to OnlyFans on your phone and your laptop which are permanently on. You can send a cute message like ..."I stayed logged in on my computer so then i get more people messaging me 😇"
At what point do you start talking about sex in a chat with a fan
When the sub brings it up. Never before.
What are the two instances when a fan will pay/buy a lot?
When the sub is in love or horny
Q36: How would you reply if a fan asks, "do you do sexting sessions?"
While sexting is the cornerstone of chatting, some subs are unfamiliar with how to sext and how to interact naturally with creators on OnlyFans. Most of the time a sub will initiate sexting where you will be able to start teasing and selling content and naturally flow into the routine. However, some subs want to agree to the sexting up front. These subs are those who typically ask "do you do sexting sessions?". In these cases, the sub will sometimes want to tip upfront for a full sexting session or they will continue with PPV.
Q12: Can you deviate from the pricing provided on a script?
Yes you can, you can lower price if sub asks (see price negotiation training), you may also reduce prices if you know the sub has low salary job, or is a student. On the other side you can also increase the price if you know the sub is a big spender or has a high salary job ie: banker/lawyer
Q33: How do you handle a situation where a subscriber has become overly attached or obsessive with the creator, to the point where it's becoming uncomfortable or concerning?
You start to distance yourself from the sub but without closing it down the conversation completely, force the sub to take a step back, and let them know - "I'm sorry Bob, but things are moving too quick for me, can we slow things down a bit please, I don't think I'm ready for something this serious yet, as my ex emotionally damaged me. I really hope you can understand"
If you have used all the scripts and content on a sub and need new content, where would you share this information?
You would raise this as quick as you can to the team on Slack/Telegram
