Bcc / Blind Carbon Copy
A field that enables you to send a copy of the message to extra people without notifying the other recipients.

Deleted Items (folder)
Deleted items are held in this folder until the folder is emptied. Emptying the folder removes the items from your computer. (Gmail calls this the Trash folder)
Auto-reply / out of office auto-reply
Function will automatically respond to any email you receive informing the sender that you are out of the office. Can be switched on using the File tab.
Sent Items (folder)
Items are automatically moved to this folder after they have been sent.
Junk E-mail (folder)
Messages identified as spam are placed in this folder when they arrive.
Outbox (folder)
Outgoing messages are held in this folder until you are connected to the Internet. When an Internet connection is detected, the message is sent.
signature
Text or images that may be automatically placed at the end of outgoing messages.
file size limit
a restriction on the amount of data that can be sent as an attachment - often limited to 20 MB per email.
file type limit
a restriction on they kinds of attachments that can be sent
.exe / executable
this type of file would be blocked by some email systems as it could carry malware or viruses
Cc / Carbon Copy
A field that enables you to send a copy of the message to other people for their information.
restore
Make an item available for use. For example, moving an item out of the Deleted Items folder restores it for use.
subject
Topic of a message.
Inbox (folder)
By default, new messages are placed in this folder when they arrive.
attachment
File sent as part of an e-mail message.
Drafts (folder)
Outlook messages you write but haven't sent are stored in this folder.
spam
Unsolicited e-mail sent to many e-mail accounts.
