Original message is included along with your reply to the message, RE: precedes the text in the subject line
Reply All
Replies to all recipients of a group email (except Bcc recipients), original message is included along with your reply to the message
Courtesy Copy
Sends a copy of an email to a person other than the recipient by including their email on the Cc line
Blind Copy
Sends a copy of an email to a person where the recipient of the Bcc is not visible to the other people receiving the message
Forward
Sends a message to people other than the original sender
Signature
Text or graphics added to the end of e-mail messages
User Name
The 1st part of an email address and the name of the individual user
@ Symbol
The 2nd part of the email address that separates the user's name & domain
Email Provider's Domain
The 3rd part of the email address that identifies the company which provides the email service

The content of the email, should be written in block format
To
The recipient's (or recipients') address(es)
