Short-Term Disability

If you are an Aflac producer and have disability coverage, you need to be aware of and follow the rules surrounding disability coverage. Producers who are out on total disability are not allowed to actively produce, write, or solicit new business or resume coordinator responsibilities while receiving Aflac disability benefits. Doing so is a prohibited practice and is disability insurance fraud.
