Evaluating and judging another culture based on how it compares to one's own cultural norms

Ethnocentrism

Example, some culture would be disgusted in people consuming pork while failing to recognize how they consume other animal based proteins.

Example: some cultures have developed low tolerance to alcohol while others have not since it's part of their "culture".
