After researching goal setting tips I have come to the conclusion that I need to set realistic goals for my future. I need to set short term and long term goals. My goals must be Specific, Challenging, Organized, Realistic and Evolving. A short term goal I have set for myself is to stay on track with Pathways classes and meet my grade period goals. My long term goal is to graduate from Pathways on December of 2020 or sooner because I will be meeting my short term goals of completing the assigned work
