According to ISO Commercial Lines Manual Rules, auto dealers, trailer dealers, and other land motor vehicle dealers are the only organizations eligible for this. Because the business of dealers involve both the sale and serve of autos and trailers, their general liability and auto liability exposures are sometimes difficult to separate. It provides the equivalent of commercial general liability insurance and business auto insurance in a single coverage form
