Tell me about your strentgh

I am customer focus I listen to their concern and at the same time provide helpful information and resolution to the problem hthey would face. I am also Patient capable dealing difficult and irrate customer. I can Think outside because I am also critical thinker for example When I have a lesson I do brainstorm of effective strategies to give me lessosn more engaging and effective. I am friendly and love to talking to people that why I am also close with my student until not.

Why are you interest in our company

I am interest in your company because you have a kind working inveronment and you focus on your listening yo your customer providing them the best resolution with regard financial challenges and as someone who is challenge by this I also want to be a part of team that can contribute to the company. I am very excited and focus to work with the company because it covers everything.

How do you describe yourself?

I am passionate about my work and get the job on time to make the boss proud of me.I always listen to instructions and I know in my heart that if you perform well and finish all you work on time your boss might appreciate your work.

What makes you qualified as a call center

I am qualified to work in a call center because I have qualities to become a good call center agent . I am flexible I don't have complain with shifting work or working at night. I am willing to learn and I am not intemidated with learning new thing. I am very patient and I know to deal with stress.

Tell Me About A Time You Went Above & Beyond

I have several example for this but I choose march 2020 I was student teacher(its our intership) at that time and its near our graduation. I just focus on it lesson and do my very best to perform well during my demonstation and I am happy to be recieve an award as best demonstrator.

why you want to work in a call Center

I'd like to work in a call center because I am very interested in this kind of job and I love to talk to people. I am a graduate of Secondary Education so I can somehow relate and deal with people. It is my passion to solve problems and I'm sure It will challenge me for the first time but not one becomes an expert without exploring new thing but I'm sure after a couple of days days everything will gonna be easy. For example in school We have also an internship for 4 months I was really somehow nervous but I overcome it and I'm use to it.

why should not hire you?

If you are not looking for as fast learner or goal oriendted employee then probably you should not hire me.

What is your greatest assest

My Greatest asset that I have different from others is that I finish work not only in time but assurance that it passes also quality standards.

What do you know about this company

i know that this company is one of the leading companies in the call center industry. You have sites several in the Philippines, You have several accounts; some of them are sales account. I also happen to know the most of the accounts in this call center company are very stable because is what m friends who here to tell me.

What motivates you

there are a number of things that motivate me the first thing is doing a good job in order to contribute to the company. What are your hobbies?

Outside of work , I like to spend time relaxing by playing some games and try to working out and cook delicious meal. although I am not obsessed with my fitness, I know that keeping my self active helps me mental well being and improves my concentration while I am at work. I also like reading but I prefer audiobook and I usually have a fiction and a non fiction . I am currently listening to You're are a badasses by Jen Sincero and Its a great book to learning how to stop doubting yourself and start living an awesome job. I also watch online course . I just like learning something new and find it enjoyable because I am the type of person who want to continually learn and develop new skills.

What is the word thats best describe you

The word that best describes me is Empathy. I am kind of a person who listen and try understand the situation and learn from it. For example If A customers call for a concerns I would like understand how would n or education them.

Tell me a time and your opinion was challenge

Way back in school I always respect and listen to other opinion and evaluate which works best and efficient, but if I can see that my opinion is the best option I will always try speak out and explain the advantage and let the team works best

What are your Weaknesses

As for my weaknesses, I can't say no when someone is asking for a help and I also work too much that sometime I cant hung up with my friends.

Attendance for me is very important and must be valued. This is how we are being paid and being evaluted how productive we are as an employee. This is why we should make it a habbit to report to work as much as we can.

Before college I was not did not work well in a team by a realize that is very important aside from doing your best because you can learn a lot from other people who has already have experience. that why I also love to work in your company because you are already customer focused

what can you contribute to the company

I can contribute a good performance towards work. I also have a good attitude that is crucial in this role because it makes customers feel heard and supported, and it gives them a positive impression of the company.

What is your expected salary

I do have some research in your company offers 16 to 28k i am flexible with this range and what ever you give to person with my qualifications.

Tell me how you handle difficult situation

I handle difficult situation by researching for a possible solution and then if I can't still resolve the issue I seek out help to the person who is smarter than me or my manager this would be my last resort if I can not do the handle for example we have in school When we are writing are thesis paper we have some problems literature and theoricla framework so I first reseaarch for it trying to figure out whats wrong with it then I goto my others who is working in thier thesis and still we have this issue with regards to mathematical figure that why I seek out a professor for it to help us out. listen and take down notes what should we write and . Actually we that kind of approach We finish first and pass out thesis.

How do you handle stress and pressure?

I personally think that stress is natural and necessary when learning and improving one's career. Therefore, I always make sure that I have a way of handling it. I handle stress and pressure by focusing on the task in hand, by remaining calm do breathing exercise and by creating lists of what needs to be done and in what order. For Example in School I always pririties what urgent and do it first .I also handle stress and pressure by making sure I keep myself fit and healthy. I eat well and I visit the gym three times a week. By doing these things it enables me to be production and focus at work."

Where do see yourself 5 years from now

I see my self working for the same company but equip with the skill and the all the thing I learn thgouthout my journey.I'd like to see myself promoted to a higher position, probably become a team leader to ensure the quality of work from my team.

My Name Is michael James A. Celeste I graduated Last year march 2020 with a Bacherlor's degree in Secondary Education I major in social studies. I dont have word or BPO Experience but I am always open to learning and willing to be train, I can adopt to shitfting schedule and i am not be familiar with the tools using right now but its not a problem to me I completed Second year course in Computer Science before shifting to SEcondary education so I am confident being computer literate I have experience programming during that time way back 2015. I am a goal-oriented person seeking for a challenging oppurunity to become a cca or csr to listen to the customer concern at the same time provide helpful information and resolution to the problems where my relevant skill, training , education and experience can be fully utilized.I know that being a call center agent could be stressful, but I've also had my fair share of stress in school. So when I was in school classmate who seek me out to help edit their videos for their entry in school activites is called "SILAW" . So Its A horror comedy video so I help on editing the video and I suggest adding special effect and I was happy that we won champion out of the 5 entry in our school.

What did you know about our company

Software Development company which specilizes in developing software which are used for accounting , payroll, tax preparation and other financial services.I am interested in Intuit because it will allow me to use my focus on listening to customer concerns and providing helpful information and resolution to thier problems. It was nice to see a company who focused on Customer and growing oppurtunity for its currrent staff. I'm looking forward to growing my expertise within this company.
