TTG Studios
- After playing a three-night stand at Winterland in San Francisco, Jimi's first order of business was to resume recording the debut album for Eire Apparent at TTG Studios in LA. - The Experience also made their first attempt at recording sessions for the album owed to Capitol Records as part of the Ed Chalpin/PPX settlement - "Look Over Yonder," recorded at TTG, actually began as "Mr. Bad Luck," a Hendrix original which dated back to 1966 performances in Greenwich Village as Jimmy James and the Blue Flames
Chas Chandler's quitting as Jimi's producer and manager
- Chadler's chagrin with Jimi's LSD usage was heightened when co-manager Michael Jeffery also began using it - Chandler dismissed the idea of Jimi opening "Jimi's Place" with Michael Jeffery, Chas suggested that as part of a settlement with PPX they by Ed Chalpin's Studio 76 and fix it up, Jimi and Jeffery dismissed him - He would continue co-managing with Jeffrey, but not producing for Jimi. - At the end of the tour, Chas made his final appearance as co-manager. Almost two years from the day he had brought Jimi to London, Chas returns home alone.
Ed Chalpin/PPX lawsuit
- Chalpin/PPX would receive 2% of the suggested retail selling price of all Hendrix recordings sold in the US by Warner/Reprise until 1972 - This settlement was also made retroactive, including royalties from the first two Experience albums - Between 1967-1972, Chalpin would receive any royalties - Capitol Records would receive an album by The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Regarding future Knight-Hendrix releases, Yameta had to OK artwork, and Chalpin was forbidden to cover any Hendrix songs

- Former manager of The Scene, he was hired as the manager of Generation Club - Urged them to emphasize studio aspect as he saw nothing but trouble from the mafia - Invited Eddie Kramer to oversee the studio's construction
