Level 5: Self-actualization needs.

The highest level of Maslow's hierarchy is self-actualization. This includes the need for individuals to reach their full potential through development of their capabilities.

They are arranged in a pyramidal manner, with physiological needs making up the bottom of the pyramid.

Level 4: Self-esteem needs.

This level is about self-esteem which includes the need to feel good about oneself. To feel a sense of pride and accomplishment, and to believe that others respect and appreciate our accomplishments.
