Non-contiguous Selection
selecting certain portions of a document without selecting the entire document; can be completed by holding down the control key while you select the portions of the document you need

the act of customizing a document to fit your needs by adjusting pieces of the document such as text, page layout and design
Margins
the blank areas around the sides of a page
Page Breaks
the divisions between the pages of a document
Hanging Indent
the first line of text is not indented, but the lines beneath it are

the position of the text between the margins
Indent
the space between the margin and where the text begins
