AIM is a computer based training materials authoring tool developed by the Navy.

Integrated, performance-based design, development, and maintenance of both ILT and self-paced learning content. Automated surveillance capability to drive down significant total ownership cost of learning content.
201.3 Discuss how AIM ensures training materials are developed and revised per prescribed specifications and guideines.
Provides automated conformance to standards (NAVEDTRA 130A/131A, ILE) resulting in efficient, cost effective development & maintenancy of learning content.
