For example let's say that you come to a crossroad where you can go either right or left. in this universe maybe u decide to go to go right because for whatever reasons you think that going right is the best option. so thats just what you would do but in level 3 although you would be completely unaware of this, the second you decide to go right, the present universe will give rise to another universes where you decide to go left. just to get a feel for how many universes this would make, think about how many decisions you make in a day this could be what you decide to eat, wear, say or or do then imagine how many ways it could've been done PAUSE already were looking at a huge number of universes and the number is growing by the millisecond.

Hi everyone, my name is Roxana and I'm going to be explaining the parallel universe theory. A theory in which our universe is not the only one, but states that there are possibly many universes that exist parallel to each other.

# 3

Hugh Everett III was an American physicists who first proposed the idea of parallel universe and the many worlds interpretation of quantum physics. According to his theory, we are living in a multiverse of countless universes, full of copies of each of us.

# 2

I will begin by introducing the idea of the parallel universe theory followed by discussing the different theories that describe what this model could look like and I will conclude my presentation by determining whether or not the theory of parallel universe can be considered as a scientific fact.

Moving on to level 2. The type 2 level is based on the idea that the beginning of our universe, was just the creation of one bubble in a vast sea of inflating universes, which will eventually pop when their bubble becomes unstable. In this case, there is no beginning of time and no absolute Big Bang. In other words, there is, was and always will be an infinite number of inflating bubbles and post-inflationary regions like the one we live in. these bubble universes will be physical universes outside of our own similar to level 1 however unlike the other universes that level 1 contains level two universes would actually function differently. the physical constants for example the speed of light might be different. There are two possible theories that present reasons to believe that Level 2 parallel universes exist. the eternal inflation theory and the ekpyrotic theory. Eternal inflation states that when inflation starts, it produces not just one universe, but an infinite number of universes that may have different physical constants and the ekpyrotic states that if the universe is the region that results when two branes collide, then the branes could actually collide in multiple locations and each point of collision would create its own universe with its own initial conditions.

So all these abstract ideas might be great in theory but can they ever be more than a theory? After all if they are all either too far away for us to ever have hopes of reaching them or just aren't even in the same physical space as our own we may never be able to prove that they are out there, for now maybe we can't prove them but as technology develops we might get new ideas on how we could do this. So to conclude, the parallel universe theory is only a broad theory to describe bunch of different ideas while the ideas seem like they could be valid theories we still don't have a good way of testing but even with all that under consideration, It explains quite a few questions about our universe that we don't have alternate answers to and it's a theory that if proven to be true, could completely change our idea of existence with that in mind I am going to end my presentation.

So what exactly is the parallel universe theory? as you know we live on planet earth in our solar system which is in the milky way galaxy. The milky way galaxy is a member of a larger set of galaxies called the local group. this is part of the virgo supercluster. which is finally part of what we call the observable universe. thas's our cosmic address. Starting with our planet and ending with all that we know to exist. But it might not actually end at the observable universe and that's what the parallel universe theory addresses. That maybe there are in fact multiple or even an infinite number of universes that exist parallel to each other and ours is only one of that large group.

Thank you

The level 3 arises from the many worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics. according to the many worlds theory every possible version of every possible event will happen in a different universe. every time you make a choice you're benching off int a different universe. therefore, the universe is constantly splitting. The existence of Level 3 parallel universes is supported by both experimental and theoretical evidence for unitarity which is based on the idea that If the equations of physics are forming a single or uniform entity as they so far appear to be, then the universe keeps branching into parallel universes. The level 3 parallel universes have the same features at level 2.

# 5

Within this topic, there's still discussion on how it would be designed if it's true and the most logical and most commonly discussed theories are Max Tegmark's 4 levels of the parallel universe so they will be the ones that i'm going to discuss.

# 6 kar dare !

let's start at the beginning with level 1. The idea of level 1 parallel universe basically says that our universe is infinite and extends beyond what we simply know for a fact exists. It is so big that the rules of probability imply that somewhere out there, a place from where we haven't received light from is a region of infinite space where if we could search it, we could eventually find a number of planet earths like our own and on some of those earths, we could even find someone identical to us. In this model all the other universes are governed by the same laws of physics and their only difference is their initial condition.

# 10

now level 4 is almost impossible to visualize, the level 4 parallel universe contains completely disconnected universes, governed by completely different laws or mathematical structures than our own universe and is based on the assumption that any mathematically possible universe must exist somewhere.
