Control chart

A graphic display of process data over time and against established control limits, which has a centerline that assists in detecting a trend of plotted values toward either control limit.

RACI Chart

A chart designates each team member against each project activity as either Responsible, Accountable, Consult, or Inform (RACI). A RACI chart is technically a type of responsibility assignment matrix chart.

Run chart

A chart that displays the history and pattern of variation of a process over time

Burndown Chart

A chart that shows the cumulative work remaining in a sprint on a day-by-day basis

Integrated Change Control

Identifying, evaluating, and managing changes throughout the project life cycle

Kanban Board

Tool that helps teams organize, visualize and manage work.

Pareto Chart

a bar graph whose bars are drawn in decreasing order of frequency or relative frequency

Ishikawa Chart

shikawa diagrams (also called fishbone diagrams, herringbone diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams, or Fishikawa) are causal diagrams created by Kaoru Ishikawa (1968) that show the causes of a specific event. Common uses of the Ishikawa diagram are product design and quality defect prevention to identify potential factors causing an overall effect.
