How does Quizlet work?

Quizlet is a free website providing learning tools for students, including flashcards, study and game modes. It was created by high school sophomore Andrew Sutherland in 2005 and now contains over 40 million study sets. All of the material is user-generated.

Share

Share any public set (your own or someone else's) from the share drop down when you're viewing the set. This option is on the upper right of the main set page. You can email the set to a friend, post it to Facebook or Twitter, or* write the short url on the board for your students*. If you use classes on Quizlet, use the same share drop down to add a set to a class directly from the set page.

Mobile Device

Study your material anywhere with mobile apps for iPhone and Android.
