after the cooling off period

*30 days from the date of the order being placed *100% on the first 250 PV (can be used/opened) **90% on any PV over 250 (must be resalable) - follow regular Return Policy *must be returned by a traceable means (advise them to get a tracking #) *distributor pays for shipping *must be sent back w/in 14 days of calling us *refund will be issued w/in 30 days from the time *the order is receive/inspected by the warehouse

Return Policy for all subsequent orders

must be in resalable condition, w/in 30 days of purchase, only 1 refund per product type, no more than 2 Zija Rewards Purchases may be refunded,

product is not regarded as "resalable"

the product(s) seals have been broken or tampered with, the item has been discontinued, originally sold under a clearly defined, discontinued/seasonal/special promotion

To be classified as "resalable"

unopened and unencumbered, with current labels and seals intact and in good condition
