He killed his half brother Amnon. He raped David's wives on the palace rooftop. Joab killed him with his sword.
Initially, Saul brought David into his halls for help, why?
He was suffering from headaches and Davids playing of the harp soothed him.
What happens to Amnon?
Raped his half sister Tamar. Tamar's full brother Absalom killed Amnon.
Who protected David when Saul was trying to kill him?
Saul's children Jonathan and Michal kept David informed of Saul's plans.

When he heard of Saul's death he did not show approval nor did he condone in any way the death of Saul. Even in this time of tragedy, David kept the door open for the friends of Saul to join him in political union. (He did not let his emotions get in the way of politics)

When out on the battlefront , Samuel does not arrive on time to bless them. Because he men started to doubt, Saul gave the offering himself. -Samuel was trying to sabotage Saul and was waiting to call him out on his mistake. Once he did, God backed his Prophet.

David is the King and Uriah is the , then, husband of Bathsheba.
