Memorized method - you usually end up spending so much time thinking of the words I'm your head that you forget to share your message vibrantly. You can also be natural and be yourself. Impromptu method- It can allow you to be yourself. Many of the good points that characterize the extemporaneous method of delivery also applied to impromptu speaking.
