Professionalism
The conduct, aims, or qualities that characterize a profession or professional person.
Negligence
a failure to use ordinary care, that is, failing to do that which a person of ordinary prudence would have done under the same or similar circumstances or doing that which a person of ordinary prudence would not have done under the same or similar circumstances.
Ordinary Care
degree of care that a person of ordinary prudence would use under the same or similar circumstances.
profession
includes individuals engaged in a calling requiring specialized knowledge and extensive academic preparation.
Standard of Care
the minimal requirements that define an acceptable level of care, which is to exercise ordinary and reasonable care to see that no unnecessary harm comes to the patient.

using another person's intellectual property without giving proper credit or attribution.
