Any deficiencies are corrected and the student is then asked to sign the card accepting financial responsibility for the contents of the drawer. The responsibility of keeping the equipment clean and secure is the student's. Keeping your locked locked when not in use and protecting the privacy of your locker combination is necessary as your glassware may come up missing otherwise. If the locker combination is lost, a copy can only be obtained by presenting a picture ID to the chemical stockroom staff and will result in a charge of $5.00 to you Bursar bill.
