Domain name

Identifies the site's host, the location that maintains the computers that store the website files. The suffix after the dot is called the top-level domain

Involved one or more forms of media in addition to text: Graphics, Audio, Video

Instant Messaging

Let people communicate in real time over the internet. (AIM, Google Chat)
