BACK IN COLLEGE, I WAS A TEAM LEADER THAT MANAGED A GROUP PROJECT WHERE I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY ASSIGNMENT AS WELL AS MAKING SURE GROUP MEMBERS SUBMITTED THEIR ASSIGNED PORTION OF THE PROJECT IN A TIMELY MANNER.

REQUIRED TO MANAGE TRANSACTIONS FROM CONTRACT TO CLOSE THAT REQUIRED THAT I MAINTAINED AND MEET TIMELINES, DEADLINES AND INTERACT WITH OTHER REAL ESTATE PARTNERS THAT WERE PART OF THE TRANSACTION. I HAD TO SCHEDULE AND COMMUNICATE WITH INSPECTORS, APPRAISERS, LENDERS, TITLE COMPANIES AND ANYONE ELSE WHO MAY HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSACTION.
