Things to look for on LOMAs and LOMRs
1) Look for FEMA letterhead 2) The date supersedes that of the flood map. 3) Must say "this letters revises..or this letter amends. 4) Make sure the letter covers your lot and actually revises or amends the flood zone for that lot. 5) Date of LOMA or LOMR must be entered into the appropriate field on the determination
