What are some of your weaknesses?

I concentrate at one thing at a time as opposed to multitasking. For example if i have a lot of assignments, ill do them one at a time so that i know each assignment is good rather than just okay if i multi task. WEAKNESS IS MULTITASKING

How do you like to spend your free time?

I like to play basketball, video games, and do puzzles. I sometimes read articles about exclusively current events.

What subject do you enjoy the most? Why?

I really enjoy math and science. I think that I enjoy these because I've always been naturally been good at math and I've always been interested in science. It interests me because science holds a major role in everyday life. I strongly believe that the next major step in human evolution is the advancement of science and the integration of biology and technology.

How would you describe a good teacher

I think a teacher that follows the curriculum but can still individualize the student's needs is a good teacher. A teacher that has original and interactive lessons is a good teacher.

If I ask a friend to describe you, what would they say?

If a friend were to describe me, i think he/she would say that i am a leader and someone who always getting things done on time. I say this because whenever i work in groups, i am the main person who always coordinates with everyone else even when others don't seem to want to participate. This way i insure that things get done.

What have you read recently?

In school, we're reading TKAM, but on my own time I read the Circle and re-read Wonder.

What would you like to accomplish, academically or in extracurricular activities during high school?

It's important to find a balance between academics and extracurriculars, because they're both very important. I want to be able to do extracurriculars and still be able to succeed academically.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Learning how to manage my time as a student was a challenge that I faced in middle school. However, when prepping for the SHSAT and the Bard exam, my tutor showed me how to effectively manage my time, and get my work done by a deadline. This is something that I've picked up and used in my daily life.

What subject do you like least? Why?

The subject that I like the least is history. However, it's Not because of the subject itself, but because of the way it's taught. It's taught with a bias, and I believe that instead of learning certain perspectives about the past, we should learn from just the facts and prepare/plan for the future.
