Symptom or deficit causes significant physical, mental, social distress and warrants medical evaluation

What is conversion disorder often the result of?

Trauma or very stressful live event that in turn manifests as one or many somatic symptoms

Is it possible to have conversion disorder with other disorders?

Yes, it is possible and often common co-morbid with anxiety disorders and depressive disorders. It can also be comorbid with somatic symptom disorder
