strengths: one of my greatest strengths is that I am able to conversate with anyone but also it can be a weakness because working in a sales position, I can sometimes conversate with customers for too long but I am working on improve on this area going forward to balance both.

are you familiar with the obligations of membership requirements of time for membership with delta sigma pi?

I am not directly familiar with the specific obligations in delta sigma pi, but I am involved in other organizations and i am aware of the obligations required and I am confident that I will be able to manage my time and meet the obligations of this organization as well.

How much time would you have available for participation in activities with Delta Sigma Pi.

If i am selected for this organization I will be a full participant of any activites regarding delta sigma pi.

Okay so my name is Tishana Carroll. I am a business administration major with a concentration in Entrepreneurship here at Kennesaw State University. I am currently in 3 organizations and I am on the Eboard for two of those organizations. I was recently handpicked to be the leader of the social media committee for my organization in addition to already holding the position of Recruiting Director. I also work as a prestige beauty advisor at ulta beauty where I have consistently met my sales goals throughout my 6 months of employment. At Ulta I really enjoy teamwork and comraderies, which is why I am very excited about the opportunity to join the Delta Sigma Pi organization.
