Passive restraint Discount

is available to customers with 1993 and older vehicles equipped with a factory-installed passive restraint system.

Defensive Driving Discount

rewards drivers who proactively develop safe driving skills by completing approved courses.

to qualify for SCD, the driver must not have has

any at-fault accidents or moving violations during the past three years or for as long as the driver has been driving if less than three years.

Student Away at School Discount

applies when a student under 25 years old is over 100 miles away at school and is NOT using the vehicle while away

If a policy has been reinstated (restored), and AFD applicable at the time will be applied, provided the reinstatement occurs within

5 years

Accident forgiveness on the AFD applies if the policy has been accident free with State Farm for at least

9 years. The first chargeable loss on that policy is forvigen and the current AFD will be maintained.

Good Driving Discount

Applies to all new auto policies and newly acquired cars if NONE of the drivers in the household have had an at-fault accident moving violation in the previous three years.

An accident is Not at fault if:

-The driver involved in the accident was 50% or less at fault -An accident was caused by contact with birds, animals, missiles, or falling objects. -The driver involved was: lawfully parked, reimbursed, stuck in the rear and has not been convicted of a moving traffic violation, a hit-and-run driver reported within 24 hours

Loss of SCD will result when:

-The youthful driver has an at-fault accident within three year experience period -The youthful driver has a moving violation during the three-year experience period -The youthful driver has not completed the course -The only qualifying driver turns 25

termination of the Good Driving Discount:

-driver does not meet eligibility requirements -policy has had an accident surcharge added -Policy has been in force for three years and qualifies for AFD -Vehicle has changed to an ineligible type

Good Student Discount requires

-driver to be under 25 -driver must attain a B or higher -must be a full time student -provide annual documentation of grades

Multi-Line Discount are available when they have at least one of the following:

-qualifying life policy -qualifying health policy -qualifying policy on their primary residence -may be combined with a Personal Liability Umbrella policy. -homeowners -renters -manufactured homes -Farm-ranch -Condo owner

Vehicle safety discount is offered on vehicles manufactured

1994 and later. State Farm reviews VSD annually and adjusts it based on the loss experience of the vehicle make and model.

AFD applies to policyholders who have been insured with State Farm for at least

3 years without chargeable accident.

Multi-Car Discount will apply to policies when

a named insured owns and insured 2 or more private passenger vehicles. , 2 different named Insureds are related and insure vehicles garaged at the same address, or automobiles are jointly owned by 2 unrelated residents and both are listed as named insured on the policies.

To complete the SCD program, the driver must

complete a driver's log to document driving experiences. Drivers under 19 must also watch the steer clear video.

for the Student away at school discount, students must operate the vehicle only while

home during the school vacation or holiday periods. The car must remain at home while the student is at school
