Critical Decision

All are critical past 8 months. Responding to online learning, guiding teachers down a pathway of over producing materials. Had to step back and re-assess, join all teachers google classrooms to help parents, students, and teachers. Reflect on it now and adjust as we move forward with new expectations.

School report card strength

All sub groups are in good standing, Math scores on the state test are close to on par with the state average.

Biggest Challenge with Hybrid

Creating and Maintaining a positive school culture: Check in on staff/student SEL Find ways for celebrations Engage students in classroom community Start with the person then build out to community, cant help others if not taking care of yourself Promote alternative achievement metrics Create the global citizen

School report card weakness

ELA scores are lower than state average, specifically low scores from SWD and Eco. Disadvantaged sub groups
