(URL) An address for an Internet resource; helps the browser find files.

Page Setup

An option that lets the user specify preferences for the document, such as size and orientation, margin size, headers and footers.

Search Filter

Contains criteria defined by the user that limits search results to only those matching the specifications.

SubFolder

Folder created within a parent folder.

Shared Folder

Folder that has been set up so other users can access it and its contents.

Alignment

Positioning of data relative to a fixed point, such as the page margin; the most common types of alignment are right, left, center, and justified.

margins

The blank space bordering the printed area on a page; margins can be modified in the page setup of a document.

Page Orientation

The direction a piece of paper faces when the content is upright; usually "potrait" (vertical) or "landscape" (horizontal).

Words Per Minute

The rate at which someone can type words, numbers and symbols with a keyboard or typewriter.

Save

To write data to a storage medium, such as a hard drive or other disk, so that it can be addessed later.

User that can delete a document for all collaborators.

Folder

Virtual container that can hold files or subfolders.

Cloud

Web-based location where a user can store files and create folders that can be accessed from anywhere with an Internet connection.
