Sending a form for users to take
You can send a form via email, link, or embedding it.
Sharing Google Forms
You can send a link to your form or you can give collaborator access so they can edit the form.
Short Answer Question
Allows a user to input a single line text. Used when a response is UP TO 50 words, NO MORE.
Linear Scale Question
Allows a user to rate an answer. For example "On a scale of 1 to 10...."
Checkbox Question
Allows a user to select multiple options from a list of options.

Allows you to add a YouTube video to your form questions.
Add Question button
Allows you to add a new question to your form
Add image button
Allows you to add an image to your form questions.
Add section
Allows you to add another separate section to your Google form.
Color Palette
Allows you to change the design and appearance of the FORM. The theme chosen should reflect the overall message or purpose of the FORM.
Google Forms
Allows you to create simple or in-depth online surveys or quizzes.
Preview Button (Eyeball)
Allows you to see what the form will look like from the user's point of view.
View Responses in Sheets
A display of the data in a Google Sheet, with a table of rows and columns, where each record is on one row.
Dropdown Question
A multiple choice question that allows a user to select an answer via a dropdown menu.

A short summary of what your quiz or survey is going to cover.
