View Responses in Sheets
A display of the data in a Google Sheet, with a table of rows and columns, where each record is on one row.
Preview Button (Eyeball)
Allows you to see what the form will look like from the user's point of view. Preview in incognito mode to test it out.
Duplicate button
Copies your question
Delete button
Deletes the question you create.
More button
Gives you additional options for your Google Form like add-ons or default quiz point value.
Questions Tab
This is where you can create and edit questions and add content like images and video in the "Owner's View" of the form.
Responses Tab
This is where you can see the different responses from the users in the "Owner's View" of the form sorted by summary, question, or individual.
Required button
When turned on, this forces user to answer the question you created.
Settings
Where you can customize your Google Form to certain criteria like shuffle questions, locked mode, or releasing grades.
Sharing Google Forms
You can email your quiz or form, send a link to your form, or you can give collaborators access so they can edit the form. Forms/Quizzes can also be added to Google Classroom.
