Behavior Signs of Stress

overeating or hardly eating, sleeping problems, hurrying; talking fast, withdrawals from relationships, reckless behavior

Changes in Thinking of Stress

unable to concentrate, negative thinking, excessive worrying, self-criticism, being critical of others
