Cover Page

Cover Page - Found under the insert tab and pages group. This commend allows a you to find premade cover pages to be used for pages.

Footer

Footer- Found under the the insert tab and Header/Footer Group. Purposed of a footer is to separate it from the rest of the document. A good use for a footer is page number or footnotes. Its found at the bottom of the page.

Header

Header - Found under the insert tab and header/footer group. Purpose of a header is to separate it from the rest of the document. A good use for a header is your title or your paper heading or your paper heading for a class. It is found at the top of the document.

Hyperlink

Hyperlink- Found under the Insert Tab and Links group. This command links a file or document to another location by clicking on the highlighted word (Usually in BLUE).

Online Pictures

Online Pictures- Found Under the insert tab and illustration group. This command allows you to insert pictures from the internet.

Page Breaks

Page Break- Found under the insert tab and page group. This command allows you to make all types of breaks.

Screenshot

Screenshot- Found under the insert tab and illustration group.This command allows you to take Snippets/Screenshot of anything on the computer and insert it on your document.

Signature Line

Signature Line- Found under insert tab and text group. This is used to create a line to sign a document.

Smart Art

Smart art- Found under the insert tab and illustration group. This command allows you to insert premade diagrams and graphics

Tables

Tables- Found under the insert and text group. This command allows all typed of tables to be inserted in a document
