Ctrl + Z
Undo the last command/action. For example, if you inadvertently deleted text, files or folders, you can immediately reverse the deletion using the Undo command.
Authentication (electronic signature)
A signature or electronic notation indicating that the document has been accepted by the author (dictator).
Slander
A witness statement that damages a reputation or subjects a person to ridicule.
Subpoena duces tecum
A writ commanding a person to produce in court certain specified document or evidence; Latin meaning "in his possession."
Subpoena
A writ commanding specified person to appear in court of else serve a penalty for failure to appear. A subpoena of medical records must be honored because it is a legal document.
Writ
A written order issued by a court or judicial officer commanding a specified person to perform or refrain from performing a specified act.
Libel
A written statement or graphic portrayal made or given to a third party that damages a reputation or subjects a person to ridicule.

Return to the desktop (i.e. minimize all applications), toggle to return to initial program.
Open the folder window and press F3, This will open the search pane and begin the search in the current folder

Ctrl + A
Select all ( everything withing the active window, including files, folders, graphics, text, or a combination of graphics and text).

Slander or libel.

Right of privacy
The right to be let alone and free from unwarranted publicity and to withhold person information from public scrutiny if so desired.
Breach of confidential communication
The unauthorized release of patient information.
Nonprivileged information
This type of information can be disclosed without the patient's permission and usually relates to admission/discharge, treatment dates, name and address of the patient, and name of the individual who accompanied the patient to the hospital or physician's office.

Statutory employee
An employee that might otherwise be considered an independent contractor, but for the purposes of federal income tax, is considered an employee.
Standard of care
An established protocol or reasonable course of action that a prudent person would follow to provide care and providing less that this standard is considered negligence.
Independent contractor
An individual who is hired to complete a specific task but is not under the control of the person contraction the work and thus does not have the same rights as an employee.
Privileged information
Any and all information that can only be disclosed with the patient's permission.
Protected health information (PHI)
Any information gathered int he course of a patient's care that can reasonably be used to identify that individual.
