When and how can plan be changed?

Team meeting must be requested for significant life changes but is reviewed at minimum annually.

Frank always sits quietly at his meetings but does not respond well when his team asks him question in the meeting. You know Frank does not want to be put on the spot but has a lot to share. What would you do to help him share information at the meeting?

The QDDP should meet with Frank prior to the meeting to plan. They can make a understandable table of goals or a powerpoint with key points.

The person can meet with the QDDP before the meeting to prerecord video or makes invites for the person to give to people. Then set a date and mark it on their calendar with a sticker. Then help the person take care of the details and remember what happens at the meeting.
