Destination Folder
A destination folder is the location where you want to move or copy the file or message.
Hard Copy
A hard copy is information presented on a physical medium such as paper.
Hyperlink
A hyperlink is a word, phrase, symbol, or picture in an email message or on a webpage that, when tapped or clicked, directs you to another document or website.
Message Format
A message format determines whether an email message can include pictures or formatted text, such as bold, italic, and colored fonts.
High importance
A message sent with high importance displays a red exclamation point in the message header and indicates to the recipient that the message requires a higher priority than other messages he or she might have received.
Backup
A printed copy of an email message also serves as a backup, which is an additional copy of a file or message that you store for safekeeping.
Router
A router is a device that forwards data on a network.
Source Folder
A source folder is the location of the document or message to be moved or copied.
InfoBar
An Infobar is a banner displayed at the top or forwarded.

Attachment
