What is a Payment Event?

An interaction with a customer in which a payment is received for one or more accounts.

When does autopay debit a customers account?

Approximately 10 days after the bill has been issued from the designated account.

What does a Payment Event consist of?

At least one payment and one tender.

EBPR search types?

CCB account ID, CIS account #, paid amount, transaction type, first and last name.

What are the 6 tender types?

Cash, check, money order, credit card, auto-debit and western union.

What are the payment methods?

Mail, Website, IVR, In person at CSC or Western Union for a fee.

What is a pay Segment?

The portion of the payment posted to a specific SA.

What is WSS?

Web Self Service, DWP's online account access system.
