What is a prepositional phrase?
A group of words that start with a preposition and ends with an object of the preposition. There may or may not be modifiers.
What is an adjectival phrase?
A prepositional phrase that modifies a noun or a pronoun. (It acts like an adjective.)
What is an adverbial phrase?
A prepositional phrase that modifies a verb, an adjective, or an adverb. (It acts like an adverb.)
What are two types of prepositional phrases?

What is an object of the preposition?
It is the noun or pronoun that ends a prepositional phrase. It is the word that the preposition links to the rest of the sentence.
Can an adjectival phrase modify a verb?
No. It can only modify a noun or a pronoun.
