The operator of every coal mine shall, on or before the end of each calendar month, file with the Director of MHST a report covering the preceding calendar month on forms furnished by the Director MHST. Such report shall state the number of accidents, the number of persons employed, the days worked, and the actual tonnage of coal mined
Following the oral review of the roof control plan at the onset of any shift, what record is required by the requirements of the mining laws?
The time and parts of the plan reviewed shall be kept in a log book provided for such purposes.
