When a cell content redaction is applied, background colors, patterns, and borders from the selected cell will be maintained. Any filters that you apply to the fields in your document list appear as cards in the search panel. You can drag and drop these cards to reorder them, or drag one on top of another to create a logic group, which acts as a visual parenthesis for your search query.

If aren't added to the queue or if the queue is paused, you can't access the Active Learning queue from the project document view. You can still access the view itself but only for reviewing previously coded documents.
How can the annotation cards for a document be sorted?

If you disable Overwrite Protection, we recommend that you avoid using Save & Next while coding documents because there is a possibility that your coding decisions may not be saved if another user is editing the same document at the same time. How do you run a search that excludes only certain batch sets?
If you want to select these conditions as the first operator. Select none of these as the second operator. Documents belonging to more than one batch set may return in your search results. Using this combination of search operators returns documents that belong to any batch set you don't specify in the Batch::Batch Set value.

In most instances, choices and objects appear as checkboxes and radio buttons. Occasionally there are too many options to reasonably display on the layout, such as in a large list of issues. In these cases, you can display the choices in a pop-up picker.

Relativity displays all long text fields made available in the Viewer in the drop-down menu, regardless of whether that field contains text for the current document. If you select a long text field from the drop-down list, and the current document doesn't have text for that field, the Viewer displays a message stating, "This page is empty".
How is the Excerpt Text field updated?

What kind of documents are not good examples and why?
In order for a document be considered a good example for machine learning, it must contain a sufficient quantity of text to train the system. Assisted Review's text analytics engine learns from concepts, rather than individual words or short phrases. It's best to think in terms of sentences or paragraphs rather than a few words when deciding if a document has sufficient conceptual language. For that reason, very short documents that contain only a few words or phrases are typically not good examples.
How does RelOne create PDFs of a smaller file size?

When you click Find Similar Documents in the Viewer, the entire document is submitted as a query string. The process is similar to a concept search, except instead of a query string, the whole document's position in the concept space is used as the query.
How are email recipients factored into email threading?
While Email To is not considered during the Email Duplicate Spare analysis, the Email To must be the same alias for otherwise duplicative emails for them to have the same Email Threading ID.
