All team members should display mutual respect and professional attitude to other team members, regardless of skill level or training.

An opportunity for team members to identify why certain actions were taken. This helps individual team members perform better & helps aid the team in identification of system strengths and deficiencies. Can be done during & after the resuscitation.

As a team leader, this means calling each team member be name and making eye contact when giving instruction. Don't assign additional tasks until you are sure that the team member understands the instructions. Team members-when assigned a task by the team leader, confirm you understand the task you are assigned be verbally acknowledging the team leader.

Define the following element of effective team dynamics: Constructive Intervention.
