Change positions Rescuer to says change in place of 15 to change position in the last compression cycle R 1 give 2 ventilations R 2 moves to infants head with own mask R 1 moves in position and locates finger placement on infants chest Changing position should take less than 5 secs

Step 6

R 1 gives 15 compressions Continue cycles of 15 compressions and 2 ventilations

Rescuer 2 give 15 chest compressions Give compression when rescuer one says patient has no pulse begin cpr Push fast and hard Compress 1-1 1/2 inch Compress at rate of 100 times per min Let chest rise again before pushing down

Step 3

Rescuer one places resuscitation mask and give 2 ventilations Each ventilation should last for 1 second Give ventilations that make chest clearly rise The chest should fall before next ventilations given

Rescuer two finds correct hand position Place thumbs next to each other below nipple line Place hands underneath infants back and support back with your fingers Ensure not to squeeze or harm rib cage Put padding under shoulders to keep head in a neutral positions
