What factors make you believe someone is a leader? Your answer should be at least one paragraph, five sentences.
I truly believe someone is a leader through their confidence in front of a crowd, if they can inspire me and what measures are they willing to take in order to make a change. A leader has to be able to stand confidently in front of a group and be composed enough to clearly convey their ideas to the audience they want. If a person wants to convince me of joining their cause or convince me of a belief, I won't take them as seriously if they seem as unsure of themselves as I may be about their cause. A leader should also have the ability to inspire other. I try make my own way through the world and I don't think of myself as a person who can be easily swayed. However, if I see that a person believes in what their doing, I pick up on it. Having passion for a cause is the greatest attribute a leader can have because human beings can empathize and feel how empowered a leader is while discussing this belief. If a leader doesn't truly commit to what they want others to do, then they can't expect the audience to do it. A leader has to be willing to do the dirty work and show people that the cause is worth it and that they will be following someone who truly cares.

Part 2- Provide an example of a leader that this quote makes you think of and explain why. Please be descriptive in your answer.
This quote, to me, implies that any person has the willpower to stand up for themselves when their is conflict or a bad thing happens to them. However, it is a different story when you give a person power over others. Anyone can be humbled by negative consequences but if a person is humbled power, then truly deserve it. An example of a leader who portrays this is President Obama. He faced much criticism for first, being African American, then many raised questions at where he was born and questioned his integrity and his decisions but he never faltered. With his power as president he has always had the rights of the American people come first and that is what makes him a great leader to look up to.
