I am afraid of promises because a lot of people who promise things or what is important to me, but they never can do it real. So I think that breaking a promise is hurting each other's feelings and we can not count on each other too. I always said to myself that "Don't make promises if you can't keep".

I can see that the teacher pretends that she is not scared of the snake at first, in the end, she is scared and afraid. The insights are that her eyes faced the lighted exit, plus her face is pale.

How does the title fit the story?

It is fitted because it talks about the human heart, emotion, and feeling.

Why does the teacher react as she does, both initially and at the end?

She acts like that because she has to be humbled and to be brave to show the children or students. However, in the end, she feels embarrassed because of the inner feeling of her, she is very scared.

She goes to Franklin Institute and the Natural Science Museum across the street, but a journey through the human heart would be fascinating. She observes crowded people and the pictures in the museum.

She went home because If she hurried, she would catch the train from Thirtieth Street. There would be no time to make the journey through the human heart, and she hurried out of the museum.

Describe what the attendant does to the teacher.

The attendant gives a snake to the teacher, Miss Aitcheson to try to touch a snake. The attendant said "The best way to get through to the children is to start with the teacher," he said to Miss Aitcheson. "If they see you're not afraid, then they won't be."

What do you think of the children's behavior? Do you find their behavior realistic? Why or why not?

They are naughty and curious. Yes, in my opinion, when I was young, I want to know all the jobs my mom did, and I always ask her the same question over and over again.

How is the exhibit at the Franklin Institute related to what happens in the rest of the story?

To inspire a passion for learning about science and technology. How we react to our emotions or realistic feelings. She observed the feeling of the people in the museum.

What does this story suggest about the real exhibits to be observed in life? Do you agree? Give reasons for your opinion.

We have to be brave enough to overcome our fear, and we should observe other people well. I do agree with this story that do not judge another person with your negative thinking. Never judge a book by its cover. Please learn and get to know somebody as well.
