Production Assistant

Accurately reads the news content from a teleprompter, provides the intro and closing of taped stories that are inserted into a live telecast, and conducts conversation with reporters who are live on location.
Make-up artist
Applies the cosmetics to all the talent's face and body
Gaffer
Assists the lighting director and moves heavy instruments up and down ladders.
Content Specialist
Considered To be an expert in the program's subject matter.
VTR Operator
In charge of recording the program onto videotape.
Director
In charge of the creative aspects of the program and interests with the entire staff.
Video Engineer
Ultimately responsible for the technical quality of the video signal.
Audio Engineer
responsible for the production's sound quality and related equipment.
CG Operator
Creates the title for programs
Lightening Director
Decides the placement of lightening instruments, the appropriate color of light to use, and which lamps should be used in the instruments.
reporter
Gathers information from many sources (research and interviews) Writes a news story and edits the story.
Production Manager
Handles the business portion of the production, including staffing requirements and the fees for goods and services.
Photographer
The camera person who goes on location with a reporter in a news operation.
Floor manager
The director's eyes and ears in the studio.
Maintenance Engineer
Keeps all the producer equipment functioning at its optimum performance level.
Grip
Moves the equipment, scenery, and props on a studio set.
Assignment Editor
Pairs up reporters and photogs to cover stories for the day's newscast.
Graphic artist
Responsible for all the artwork required for the production.
Scriptwriter
Responsible for placing the entire production on paper.
Editor
Responsible for putting the various pieces of the program together.
News Director
Responsible for the structure of the newsroom, personnel matters, managing the budget, and the overall effectiveness of the newsroom.
Camera Operator
Runs the piece of equipment that captures the video images of the program.
